Is it possible to get my body to produce more progesterone?

No.: You cannot influence your Progesterone production in any meaningful way; your body makes teh base level you need. For females concerned about luteal-phase Progesterone deficiency it can be supplemented; also Progesterone deficiency secondary to not ovulating can be (mostly) remedied by inducing ovulation.
