Depends: It's hard to say without knowing what it is. Perhaps you should see a dermatologist. Freezing with liquid nitrogen might be an option.

If you are not satisfied with the response of your doctor, it would be appropriate to see a different doctor, may be urologist. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
