Glad you asked...: Got a call once: child is vomiting. "how far?" i asked. "out of this room and on the wall of the next one." that's projectile vomiting. We don't see it now as much as we used to because we usually diagnose pyloric stenosis (its most common cause in infants) before it gets that far.
