Molluscum Rx: Molluscum is a soft wart that has a depressed center; it is caused by a virus. The leading treatment is freezing (you could try otc dr. Scholl's freeze away; Retin-A has also been used. Usually they will go away in 9-18 months. It is spread by contact with a person who has them, but the infection rate is very low (< 1%), otherwise we would all have them.
