No: Anytime someone has unprotected sex there is a risk of catching an std. The only thing having a hysterectomy ( removal of the uterus) would do prevent you from having a period, can't get a uterine infections, and can't have an intrauterine pregnancy. The vagina can still harbor yeast, bacteria, and viruses. So having a hysterectomy does not effect this.

No: No, the lack of a uterus has nothing to do with your risk of an std.
