Ricin: Is a highly toxic protein that inhibits body's ability to synthesize proteins, presumably used in cancer treatment as immunotoxin.

Eye contact: Whether the route is inhalation, ingestion or skin/ eye exposure - haven't seen blindness listed as a symptom. However there can be some redness and visual blurring if ricin contacts the eye directly. This should be addressed by irrigating the eye. But, we don't have a lot of hands on info about ricin.
