Use Cetaphil Gentle: While using roaccutane, use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser instead of cetaphil oily skin cleanser since surface oils will be reduced and local skin irritation will be a common adverse effect.

Try This: Cetaphil has a new product on the market called "cetaphil dermacontrol oil control foam wash" that I have had excellent results with patients. I do not like to endorse one brand over another but this product has shown great results thus far. It is worth a try.
