See a GI Dr: It may be related to what you ate for lunch or may be related to gallbladder (gb) disease as well. If you have not had an upper endoscopy, that may be needed to evaluate for gastritis, gastro esophageal reflux disorder (gerd) or ulcers. Avoiding spicy foods in your diet and not laying flat for several hours after eating may help. Test to check for h. Pylori may be helpful or ultrasound of gb.
