Pink eye from dogs: The organisms affecting human eyes and canine eyes are completely different and do not cross over. If you dog has this, you are safe; if you have pink eye your dog will not get it from you.

Zoonoses are...: Infections that are spread from animals to humans. I am not aware of any causes of conjunctivitis in dogs that can be transmitted to man...
