Can i go to work with pink eye?

Not recommended: Pink eye is contagious, thus if a person is still having discharge from the eye it is best to stay at home if you can. Many places, such as daycare facilities and schools require people to have topical treatment for 24 hrs before returning.

Better not.: It is highly contagious. See your eye doctor to check on the health of the eye and he/she can write a letter to excuse you from work.

Conjunctivitis: Nope. This is a highly contagious infection and your co-workers would most likely appreciate you not passing it along.
