See a doctor: I'm not sure what you mean by 4 symptoms of breast cancer. If you have anything that makes you worried about that disease get to a doctor asap. You may have nothing to worry about, but you are not the one to make that judgement. Also if you do have breast cancer, the earlier the treatment, the better.

See a doctor: The only way to diagnose breast cancer is to get a biopsy of the lump/mass/calcifications/abnormality on imaging. I highly recommend you contact your doctor/gynecologist to get a physical examination and then mammogram and ultrasound. This question can only be answered when you follow the steps below. Good luck.
