In a perfect world: In a perfect world, where both of you were virgins before you had sex with each other, and assuming neither of you ever had any kind of sexual contact with anybody else, and assuming neither of you got any diseases from birth, then no, you can not get infected with an std. You can still get things like yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis.
