P.A.D.: Peripheral arterial disease (p.A.D.) can present as "poor circulation". This is easily diagnosed by non invasive tests by your pcp or vascular specialist. P.A.D. Can be a marker of c.A.D (coronary artery disease).

Poor circulation: Poor circulation to the lower extremities can be circulation itself it does not have to be a sign of anything else. There are different systemic diseases that have poor circulation components. Have some circulation studies performed.
