Normal variant: What your brother has is something called dextrocardia and is a known variant or mutation that is usually benign. He was born with this diffrerence. Some people are born with all of their organs reversed to the opposite side of where their organs should be. Again, it is normally not something to be worried about just an interesting medical curiosity.
