Can hemophilia and infertility be related?

Not directly related: As far as we know, the two types of hemophilia (a and b) do not affect male or female fertility. In vitro fertilization with preimplantation genetic diagnosis (ivf with pgd) can be used to prevent transmission of the disease to a couple's kids, whether of not they already have an affected child, and in couples with normal fertility or those with infertility.
