What is medicine of dysmenorrhea?

Several: The most common treatment for cramps are nsaid's such as ibuprofen, celebrex, (celecoxib) naprosyn, etc. Birth control hormones also help. If these don't help then evaluation for possible endometriosis is next if everything else on your exam is normal.
