Treat the infection&: Angular chelititis has many causes of infectious origin, with local and systemic predisposing factors.The treatment needs to address all these. There is infection with fungi and sometimes bacteria as well&treated with antibiotics.Sometimes due to herpes.Often there is vitamin&mineral deficiency&iron deficiency and that needs to be corrected.Some cases are due to saliva causing it, and immunity disod.
