A member asked:

How quick after unprotected sex will a pregnancy test be accurate?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pregancy test: Pregnancy tests (urine) don't turn positive until approximately 2 weeks after fertilization of the egg, which may take days after the act of sex. If you are really concerned you might be pregnant, and don't want to be, go ahead and take the morning-after pill (plan b, etc.). If you want the pregnancy, just wait 2 weeks and check a pregancy test.
