Possible but diffic.: This will depend on the techniques used and in some cases itwill be nearly impossible to recinstruct a penis once it has been removed. The reconstruction will likely be a facsimile with a skin tube essentially substituting for erectile tissue. Once a vagina is obliterated, it will be very difficult to maintain the cavity that was once there. In short consider it nearly irreversible.
