Fiber, Water, play: A good fiber/ hydration balance with an active lifestyle will keep your gut happy. Typical grown ups should have 25-30 grams of fiber a day. ( average apple=4 grams). Depends on your size and activity level, sometimes you need more than 7-8 glasses of fluid just to keep up.
