Herpes genitalia: If having more thant 10 outbreak per year, or your partner is herpes negative then get daily suppressive therapy. If less than 10 outbreak per year, then treat as needed (start within 1-2 days of outbreak). You can alway pass (shed) virus even if you dont have an outbreak.
