Yes: Aloe is excellent, also consider taking an antiinflammatory.

Usually: Aloe vera (aloe barbadensis) can reduce redness, pain, itching & swelling from a burn. It has anesthetic, anti-inflammatory & antibacterial / antifungal qualities.
