?Treatment necessary: Many mild cases of hypospadias, especially those diagnosed later in life require no treatment, i.e. If urination and sex are both satisfactory, and male has already had children. If in doubt see a pediatric or reconstructive urologist. Yes, hypospadias in adults is usually managed by pediatric urologists.
