Sperm on skin: No pregnancy can not occur if the sperm does not penetrate into the vagina. But be careful as sperm outside the vagina can be carried inside a few minutes later by fingers or objects that enter the vagina.

Possibly.: "natural" methods of contraception have high unintended pregnancy rates because spermatozoa are typically released before ejaculation. So, you may think that all the semen is outside the vagina, but in fact still be at risk for getting pregnant.
