Dominant arm weakness; something wrong with my nerves in the neck and arm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possiby: The weakness could be coming from the disc causing an irritated cervical nerve; it could be due to thoracic outlet syndrome. The weakness could originate in the shoulder and be radiating to the neck and arm.
