Teenager sleep: Delayed sleep phase syndrome is often seen in teenagers. The symptoms are easy to spot - he/she stays up till early in the morning then sleeps late into the afternoon if allowed. If going to school is tired at school and may sleep in class, the therapy is chronotherapy to correct the body's clock.
