Lots: Fiber, dairy, salads and some fruits make diarrhea worse. Stress can make it worse. Appropriate medications and avoiding the above can minimize symptoms until the diarrhea resolves.

Caffeine worse: Caffeine can exacerbate diarrhea, try not to drink too much coffee or tea or red bull. High fiber absorbs the water and makes firmer stools, which can help diarrhea. You can try whole grain breads and brown rice and bananas to help.
