Depends: There are many different exercises that may be helpful such as mckenzie exercises and williams flexion exercises, ect. The most important thing is to establish the correct diagnosis. If you are experiencing sciiatica, what is causing it. It may a result of a disc hernition or bony compression as in stenosis. It may ligament pus in nature or muscular, such as the piriformus muscle. See your pcp.

Therapies: Typically core strengthening exercises are the best to help relieve pressure and forces in the spine. I would try and google some or look them up on youtube to see descriptions. If you can do them yourself, wonderful otherwise ask your doctor to get a referral to a good physical therapist for further assistance. Other Therapies include Spine Injections that use steroidal medications.
