No: You would need to see a gastroenterologist/gi doctor and get an egd done(a video camera with a long flexible tube down the throat) to evaluate further. Sometimes it is treated with Botox injections.

Not sure : There are generally natural remedies for everything, but with achalasia, the nerves o the esophagus have stopped working, so i think it would be unlikely to find a natural remedy that has long term effectiveness.
