Neither: Strong muscles protect, pad and increase bone density. Oi or osteogenesis imperfecta is a congenitally acquired defect that limits someone from having healthy bones from birth. Exercise gradually over time to develop what you need. A minimum of 3-4 hours per week for males and 6-7 hours per week for females.
