A tumor: Synovial chondromatosis is a tumor of the lining of joints. Initially it ats like a loose body in the shoulder but as it grows into many small rumors it will destroy the joint. While the tumor is benign, not cancer, it is distructive. You need it treated by an orthopedic tumor surgeon asap.
