Depends...: ...On the exact cause of the winged scapula, and on the proposed exercises. Obvioulsly, if it's a torn muscle, bench press is right out.

Yes: Yes. Winging of the scapula should not prevent weight lifting. It is caused my nerve injury that weakens the muscles that keep your scapula in its normal position. This should not limit weight lifting
