Can't Unless Missing: Although vitamin and mineral deficiencies may interfere with normal eye function and some supplements have been shown to have benefit with reducing symptoms in macular degeneration, in general, you can not improve your vision with extra minerals and vitamins.

Not possible: No dietary input is known to alter the health of the eye. You can get deficiencies which can harm vision but that is almost unheard of in the typical Western diet. Don't waste your money on supplements for this purpose.
