Is it possible that i might have athsma at 60 in polluted city?

Yes: Asthma is a condition where your airways are overly ("hyper") responsive. It can newly occur in adults, especially after an upper or lower respiratory infection. However, all that wheezes is not asthma. You may have a different lung disease. You may need to have special tests (such as pulmonary function testing) by a specialist to be sure what your diagnosis is.

Yes: External pollutants can stimulate asthma and make it worse. You do not need to be sixty to be affectedin a polluted city.
