Vitiligo: What you are developing is a skin disorder called vitiligo. Believe it or not the genital region is a common area to see this. Were not sure what leads to this disorder, but it seems to be an autoimmune phenomenon where your pigment cells burnout. This usually stays confined to one area but sometimes you can see it in other areas in the future. There seems to be no cure.
