Yes, you can these.: As long as there are no complications such as infections or an episiotomy, most athletic activities can be performed 2 weeks after delivery.

May be too early: It is generally advised to avoid too much vigorous physical activity until about 6 weeks after delivery. Wound healing, anemia, fatigue and the need to focus on your new baby are all reasons to wait until your obgyn gives you clearance to return to normal activities.
