A member asked:

Why is thimerosal still allowed in vaccines despite it being a known neuro-toxin?

No in vaccines: Thimerosal was voluntarily removed from all vaccines more than ten years ago. And there has been no link to any abnormalities in children when it was used. So get vaccinated at the appropriate time because the alternative could be costly to your health.

Myth: Thimerosal is a preservative that has been used for decades without ANY documented human toxicity. It was removed from childhood vaccines after the EPA selected a "life exposure" level number without any scientific basis. It remains in some multidose flu vaccine. Infants/children and adults exceed this EPA life exposure level yearly when they consume common foods.
