Depnds on her height: Assuming an average 8 year old girl of 50 inches (50th percentile), the average weight is 57 lbs (a body mass index (bmi) of 50th percentile). Bmi isn't a perfect measure so there are variations based on body type, especially muscle mass. A very tall girl (55") might be normal at 75 lbs and a very short girl (45") might be normal at 40 lbs.
