Hard/sor nipple male: You are eighteen and you probebely still in puberty.It is not unusual for teenage boys to have breast swelling and painful lumps in nipples and breast enlargement dut to estrogen which is produced during puberty along with testosterone but as a precaution consult your doctor to rule out other causes.
