No: More likely you are not acclimated to the heat; hyperthermia means your actual body temperature is elevated beyond the normal range; common causes include heat stroke and rare reactions to drugs; hyperthermia can be a life-threatening emergency; acclimate over ~2 weeks: spend 2+ hrs in heat daily, take in fluids, gradually increase intensity of your activity; take breaks as needed, and be safe!
