Many possibilities: There are many possibilities why your semen may have that appearance. They include but are not limited to infection, dehydration, varicocele or other testicular abnormality, prostatic abnormalities as well. I would recommend getting a routine semen analysis at least two days after last ejaculation and no more than five days to truly assess the characteristics of the semen.
