Not likely. : In medicine you can never say never. However, it is highly unlikely that ibs will lead to any heart irregularities. Common symptoms include abdominal crampy pain, constipation, and or diarrhea. None of these symptoms will affect your electrolytes which could lead to heart abnomalities or directly affect the heart in any way.
