Sperm after ejaculat: Sperm are constantly being produced and presented via the epididymis/vas deferens - while sperm counts may be slightly decreased after consecutive ejaculates, that "technique" should not be used/relied upon as a means of contraception.

Continuously : Spermatogenesis is a continuous process and is not related to ejaculation. Ejaculation however helps replace the old stored sperm with new ones.
