File charges: If they hurt you file a criminal complaint with law enforcement and go to the courthouse and file an order of protection against them if they violate the order of protection, dial 911 and pursue criminal charges against them. Also report them to your school guidance counselor and hopefully they will be expelled from your school. If they touch you, that is battery- a criminal offense..

Tell someone: Find someone you trust and say something. Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.
