Be kind but honest: Unfortunately, everyone has an opinion on virtually every parenting issue out there. The thing is, only you know what is right for you and your baby. Every baby is different, so what may have worked for your friend, may not work for you. Do the Right Thing: There are 3 types of advice. Good advice that works. Good advice, but not right for your baby . And absolutely poor advice that might be harmful.Listen politely and do what you think is best. If they continue to harass you, be polite, but firm nd tell themyou will ask for help when it is needed.
