Stopping medication.: Stopping your depression medication suddenly causes a drop in your brains serotonin level. This can then cause depression to get suddenly worse, which can then lead to serious consequences. Do not do this.

Dizziness: I agree with dr wimberly. In addition, however, that class of drugs has a withdrawal syndrome if you stop it suddenly. Most people can have severe dizziness at least, so if you and your physician decide to stop it, a taper is usually recommended.
