What side effects will i get if i suddenly stop taking escitalopram . i've been taking it for about a month.?

Dizziness: I agree with dr wimberly. In addition, however, that class of drugs has a withdrawal syndrome if you stop it suddenly. Most people can have severe dizziness at least, so if you and your physician decide to stop it, a taper is usually recommended.
