Thrush?: Most of the time we don't use creams for thrush, which is a yeast infection of the mouth. Clotrimazole cream should be used externally (on the skin), not taken by mouth. If you mean for a vaginal yeast infection, then, yes, it is safe to use in most cases. Talk to your OB if you've got questions or concerns. If it really is thrush, you need a liquid medicine.
