Tell me about migrating polyarthritis?

Joints painful: Soft tissue swelling and pain and stiffness of multiple moints usually involving small hand and finger joints , wrists, elbows, shoulders, hipsknees ankles and feet, lasting more than 6 weeks. Occasional lumps on elbows, usually warmth as well. Current treatment is very effective in alleviting most if not allof the signs and symptoms.
