What is Pregnyl?: Pregnyl is hcg, and it is equivalent to many products available. If a women how is using ovarian stimulatory drugs it is administered when she has at least one mature follicle. This triggers the oulatory process. At times it is administered combined with Clomid (clomiphene) to insure that ovulation occurs.
