Enema/suppository?: Why is the poop not coming out? Have you seen a doctor or had a rectal exam? Constipation is common and you need to increase the fluid you consume in a day and add fiber to every meal (goal is 30 grams of fiber a day). Some people have problems with the muscles that allow them to defecate (pelvic floor dyssnergia) and that will require further testing and treatment) see a doc. Could try enema.
